The Extension and Linkages Office envisions a transformative impact on the quality of life of its partner communities through synergistic relationships between and among partner institutions, students, employees, and other stakeholders.
MISSION
The Extension and Linkages Office, a dynamic service-oriented sector of CCC, provides capability enhancement to the community, industry, academe, and related sectors, through collaborative partnership, community empowering extension, technology transfer, and continuing education, and training to contribute significantly to the attainment of the national development.
Community Extension Service Thrust and Priorities
The "CALAMBAYANIHAN: TATAK CCC" is a community extension program initiative spearheaded by the City College of Calamba (CCC). The name is derived from a combination of "Calamba" the city where CCC is located, and "Bayanihan" a Filipino term embodying communal unity, cooperation, and mutual support. This program aims to promote a strong sense of community and shared responsibility among
the faculty, students, staff, and other stakeholders of the Institution, emphasizing the college's commitment to public service and community development.
The main aim of the extension program is to give support in terms of values formation and literacy and to establish sustainable livelihoods that will help the target communities view their lives differently, keep them informed, increase their knowledge, and ultimately give them a decent way of living. The program
aims to create a positive impact on the community one family at a time.
