What is Microsoft Office 365?

With Microsoft Office 365, you can enjoy the following perks:

1. Browser-accessible Office applications.
2. Storage: Each account has OneDrive storage of 1TB.

2. Wait for your Office 365 account as this will be sent to your CCC Mail.

These are the available online applications:

• MS Word
• MS Excel
• MS Powerpoint
• MS OneNote
• MS Outlook
• MS Teams
• OneDrive

• MS Sharepoint
• MS Calendar
• MS Planner

Who can have MS Office 365 accounts?

The following CCC users can have Office 365 accounts:

• Students
• Faculty
• Offices/units

I have files in Google Drive and I want to transfer them to Office 365 OneDrive. How do I transfer?

You can start downloading your CCC Google Account data by reading and following the details in this link: How to download your Google data. This link includes instructions on:

• Selecting data to include in your Google download archive;
• Customizing your Google archive format for Microsoft OneDrive; and
• Uploading to OneDrive.

What is the storage limit of the Office 365 account?

In Office 365, OneDrive storage is 1TB.

How can I reset the password for my CCC Office 365 account?

If you lost or forgot your Office 365 account password, you can simply reset your password on your own. Go to this Microsoft link: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. Here, read and follow the instructions to help you get back in your account.

How can I change the mobile phone number for the 2-step verification process for my Office 365 account?

Will my Office 365 account be deactivated once I am no longer a student/faculty/staff in CCC?

Can CCC Alumni also get an Office 365 account?

Currently, no. Office 365 accounts are not available for alumni as of this time.

• Students

• Accounts are provided by the school once officially enrolled.
• e-Guro credentials will be sent to your personal email.

• Please email us at support@ccc.edu.ph with subject REQUEST - LMS ACCOUNT

FOR LOCKED ACCOUNT

1. Click forgot password.
2. Input your email address (@ccc.edu.ph) wait for the email to reset password.
3. Kindly check your email in Spam and All Mail.
4. If no email has been received, please contact us at support@ccc.edu.ph with subject LMS - RESET PASSWORD.

• Our system allows you for 3 attempts only and if you failed to log your credentials correctly, your account will be locked automatically.
